We visited this hotel on May 17-19. The hotel is very nice and rooms are modern. The reception employee needs to be nicer, as you feel like you are disturbing her… The room wasn’t properly cleaned when we arrived, there was hair in the bathroom and the mirror had greasy hand marks on it…We requested pillows from the front desk and they never came, so we asked the kind concierge that came to fix our toilet and he brought us some right away. As soon as we arrived in our room and used the toilet it overflowed all over the floor…so I called the lady at the front desk who didn’t even seem to care, she just said ok we will send someone as soon as possible… Two hours later, the water was still all over the washroom floor and the toilet was still overflowing so we called again and the employee said that she placed the called and that there was nothing else she could do… She never once apologized or offered to change us rooms which was very disappointing as we needed to get ready for dinner as we had a dinner reservation. The HotTub needs new jets, but the pool and hot tub were both very clean. The guy that takes care of this was the same person that ended up fixing our toilet. He is really good at his job and the hotel is really lucky to have him as part pf the team. We often visit Syracuse from Canada, but do to the service received front the front desk, I unfortunately don’t think we will be back, but the hotel and rooms are beautiful and has lots of potential.

My husband is a diamond member. When we arrived at 9:40pm after a long drive. We were not offered the complimentary water. (My husband would newer ask for it, nor should he have to.) We head for the bar to get food and drink both closed early!! 😢

We visited because my nephew had a state competition. We stayed over the weekend. The staff were nice. It was a good distance from where we needed to be. It took 15 minutes to get to and from entertainment and places to eat. It was ok. There was a safety issue while we were there just waiting to hear back on the resolution.

I have my semi annual meetings at this hotel with about 20 attendees. The meeting rooms and catered food is excellent as well as the staff in the sales department. The only issue that I have is that since I have become a gold member, I am not getting my bonus points that were promised nor did I get points for the meeting room and food. When I email Hilton about it, they didn't fix it.

We stay here each time we visit the area. We travel a lot & this hotel, service, & management are always fantastic! The renovations have created wonderful areas to spend time in the lobby with a glass of wine. It’s a bright, luxurious & welcoming space. Everyone that works here is delightful & always has a smile. And every part of the hotel has been spotless. The room is quiet, cool & comfortable. We had dinner, several times, at their restaurant & the chef does such a wonderful job with the food. I definitely suggest dining here. Service was great too. We had large groups two of those times & we really enjoyed our dinners. Breakfast is always good too & served with a smile. They have a breakfast buffet or cook to order. Thank you to the general manager, James Stockard, he goes above & beyond to make everything good during each stay. We will definitely stay here next time we’re in town!

Normally Hilton is our go to, however our recent stop was a disappointment. The hard beds, weak coffee, and lack of breakfast items for gluten and dairy free. I received a text message within minutes of checkin of changes to the breakfast. Now only have a hot buffet at $15 or order from a menu.

Went to relax for the weekend. Rooms were very dirty. Bed was so bad all i felt were the springs in my back. Whirlpool tub had used contact lenses floating in the water. I don't wear contacts! The furniture, couch, arm chair and ottoman in both rooms, yes I had to get a new room, were so dirty, I didn't sit on them. The maid who came to the first room was even grossed out by how dirty it was. Second room was only slightly better than the first room. Didn't know until I arrived that they don't even have a liquor license so bar is closed. Restaurant is very limited on menu choices. Refrigerator in room froze my drinks and food that I went out to get, and yes, I did make sure I checked the temp and freezing on the lowest setting. Staff was friendly, and tried. It was the only reason I didn't pack up and leave. Oh, the room didn't have a stand for my luggage. You had to either put it on the floor, dirty furniture or the bed. I pulled out an end table and used the desk chair to put my luggage on. Whole weekend was very uncomfortable.

I stayed 2 nights. The room I had was roomy, the typical HGI style room with a king bed. Staff were all courteous and helpful. Unfortunately, the bar was "dry" during my stay, apparently a glitch in the transfer of ownership and licensing. Food in the restaurant was very good, but the menu was pretty limited. One nit to pick, the alarm clock was very difficult to use/ understand, so I jusy used it as a clock!

Don't stay....they have Bed Bugs!!! The General Manager denies that they have bed bugs despite admitting to me that they have had 4 reported cases of bed bugs in the past nine months. Don't waste your money on this hotel. Stay anywhere else but not at this hotel. Stay in your car, sleep on the street, but do not in any situation think about staying at this bed bug infested hotel.
